Three things i found useful today
In Media Studies today we learnt how to create our blogs. We also learnt how to follow eachothers blogs and we watched an oscar nominated short film, just to give us some inspiration

Film as a Business
This is our first AS Media Studies lesson. Our Lesson objectives are:
- To understand what is meant by film industry
- To understand the production chain
- To understand what difines a british film
Film as a Business
- Film is where art meets commerce
- In western consumer society, film is a business
- It is driven by the demands of the marketplace
- For efficiency, the process has been industrialised most successfully in Hollywood-Bollywood and to a lesser extent Britain

- Producer
- Crew
- Post-production (SFX/Editing/Sound mixing etc.)
- Finance
- Story-cultural relevance
